Terms of Service
Last Updated: September 16, 2026
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Northern Connected Agronomics ("NCA," "we," "us," or "our") website (the "Site"). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.
Informational Nature of This Website
The content on this Site — including descriptions of our services, approach, and general agronomic information — is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute specific agronomic, horticultural, cultivation, financial, or legal advice for any particular site, crop, facility, or operation, and should not be relied upon as such.
Our Consulting Relationship
Northern Connected Agronomics provides independent agronomic consulting services for professional turf, specialty agriculture, and cannabis cultivation operations. Browsing this Site or submitting a general inquiry through our contact form does not, by itself, create a consulting or client relationship between you and NCA.
Scope of Services and Separate Engagements
Specific consulting engagements, site visits, assessments, and recommendations are governed by a separate written proposal, scope of work, or service agreement entered into directly with NCA. Where any conflict exists between this Site and the terms of a signed engagement, the signed engagement governs. Nothing on this Site overrides or modifies the terms of any existing client agreement.
Client Responsibility for Accurate Information
Our recommendations are developed based on the information, site conditions, and materials made available to us at the time of an engagement. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. NCA is not responsible for outcomes affected by inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided to us.
No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes
Agronomic, horticultural, and cultivation outcomes are influenced by many factors outside NCA's control, including weather, environmental conditions, execution, equipment, inputs, and third-party actions. NCA does not guarantee specific crop, turf, yield, quality, or economic outcomes, whether described on this Site or as part of a consulting engagement.
Regulatory and Legal Compliance
Clients remain responsible for ensuring their own compliance with all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations, including those specific to licensed cannabis production. Nothing on this Site or provided by NCA should be interpreted as legal or regulatory advice or as a substitute for compliance with applicable requirements.
Professional Scope
NCA provides services within its demonstrated agronomic expertise. We do not represent that we hold licenses, certifications, or qualifications beyond those we have actually obtained, and we do not offer services outside our area of professional competence.
Intellectual Property
The content of this Site, including text, images, graphics, and the Northern Connected Agronomics name and logo, is the property of NCA or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this Site by any third party.
Third-Party Links
This Site may link to third-party websites, such as our Instagram profile, for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NCA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or reliance on its general content. This limitation does not apply to matters governed by a separate signed consulting agreement, which will set out its own terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
